An American Composer, this was originally written for brass quintet, and was first sightread by the Canadian Brass. A nice addition to a children's concert, this plays around the melody of London Bridge is Falling Down within the parts, allowing each voice to take a part of the melody. Part 1 can be played by flute, oboe or clarinet; Part 2--flute, oboe or clarinet; Part 3--clarinet or alto saxophone, Part 4--clarinet, alto saxohpone, tenor saxophone or F Horn and Part 5--bass clarinet, bassoon or baritone saxophone.
