Teacher Reward Terms and Conditions

Please read through the following Terms & Conditions for the Teacher Rewards Program.

Eligibility
– Teacher must register an account with fluteworld.com to be eligible for Teacher Reward program. A valid email address is required.

Qualifying Purchases – Reward credits will be issued for every C Flute, Piccolo, Alto Flute, Bass Flute, Contrabass Flute or Headjoint (new or used) purchased by one of your students. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of finalization of each sale and will expire after 120 days. The teacher and/or student are responsible for letting Flute World know the name of the teacher prior to finalization of each sale. Rewards will not be retroactively awarded, for ANY REASON. Each Teacher is responsible for keeping track of issued Rewards. After Reward has expired, it will not be reissued. Rewards will be issued to member’s online account with fluteworld.com, with a notification sent via email. It is highly recommended that you add flutes@fluteworld.com to your allowed senders list on your email client. Flute World is not responsible for teacher reward emails that end up in a junk mail/spam folder, as expired rewards will not be reissued for any reason. 

Restrictions – Teacher Rewards are eligible to be used online or in-store only and are not redeemable at flute shows or other events. Rewards may be used to purchase sheet music, accessories, recordings and instrument purchases. Rewards may not be used towards repairs, instrument rentals, shipping/handling/insurance charges, consignment fees or taxes. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, applied to past purchases, used as payment on an account or used to purchase gift certificates. Flute World is not responsible for lost Rewards, stolen Rewards or expired Rewards. Teachers can have only one account eligible for the Teacher Rewards Program.

How to Redeem Rewards – An email will be sent to the email address on teacher’s account when issued. Teacher may also view list of Rewards by logging in to their online account. Teacher is responsible for making sure they enter their Reward code(s) at the time of checkout as codes cannot be retroactively used. Teacher is responsible for keeping track of issued Rewards, using Rewards by the expiration date, and providing Reward codes to customer service representatives at the time of order placement. To use a reward on the website, log into your online account and then click on your name in the top right-hand corner. You will see all rewards listed underneath your order history. During checkout, enter up to three rewards codes per order. Rewards codes MUST be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be added to an order after you submit the final order.

Cancellation/Modification of Program – Flute World reserves the right to cancel or modify the Teacher Reward program at any time without notice.

 

Expired Teacher Rewards will not be issued for any reason, nor will rewards be retroactively awarded.

Please use the reward within your alloted time period, keep track of your rewards and make sure that your students relay your name at the time of the instrument purchase. It is your responsibility to keep track of rewards.
