To purchase gift certificates simply add whichever denomination and quantities you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.

Gift Certificate Redemption Policy:
To use a gift certificate online, you must correctly enter the 12-digit number written on your gift certificate, including dashes ("-"), in the gift certificate box during checkout. If entered correctly, the online order system will accept your number and reduce the amount to be charged to the credit card accordingly. Note...be careful with "I", "1", "O", and "0" as they can be easily confused. If the online system doesn't accept the number, please call us to get the correct number. A credit card number must be entered for the order to go through. Gift certificates marked "Must be redeemed online at www.fluteworld.com" can only be redeemed on the website, and not in the store.
If you are using a gift certificate marked "Must be redeemed in-store only" you will be required to mail the gift certificate back to the store in order for the gift certificate to be applied to your order. You can include the 4-digit gift certificate number and value in the comments box, but the gift certificate must then be mailed back to the store at the following address in order for the gift certificate redemption process to be complete and for you to receive the proper credit:

If the gift certificate value is greater than the amount of your order, the remaining balance will added to your in-store account. If the gift certificate value is less than the amount of your order, you must provide a credit card number for processing. The remaining balance of your order will be charged to this credit card before it is shipped.
