An modern American composer, she has relocated to the UK, where she is a music director.  She has crafted a wonderful new medley of carols for four flutes, using four instantly recognizable tunes between quotes of the swirling Gloria. Playable by quartet, but an optional bass/contrabass part is included for extra "oomph."  The tunes are Ding-Dong Merrily on High, Angels From the Realms of Glory, Adeste Fideles and Angels We Have Heard on High.  The melody line is shared between the four parts, allowing each flute to have a share in the tunes.
