Instrument Orders: Please email or call us regarding availability of models and for a shipping/insurance quote prior to placing your order online. Instruments require a signature on delivery - no exceptions.
International Customers: Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive to your destination country during the holiday season. International Priority orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive to the destination country, and International Airmail packages take between 7-21 business days. This does not include the time it takes for us to process your order. International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance by local authorities, which may delay delivery. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Canadian Customers: You may want to consider FedEx International Priority as your shipping method for holiday orders. Keep in mind that regular airmail may be slower during the holiday season and we cannot guarantee that an airmail package will arrive to you before the holidays.
