Shopping Cart Help
To log in To log in, please fill in the email address and password fields at the top right-hand part of your browser.
To register as a new customer Click here or, after clicking on "Checkout," click on the Click here to Register link.
Checkout Issues Are you having issues once you have clicked on the Checkout link? Are you items disappearing from the shopping cart before you get to the Shipping screen? You most likely have old cookies and temporary internet files stored on your computer from previous websites or past visits to this website. We highly recommend that you clear out your past browsing history, cookies and browser's cache before proceeding. Once you do this, you will need to close your browser, re-open it, and start your order again. Please consult your browser's help menu for more information. Placing Orders To place orders in your shopping cart, just locate the item you wish to order and click the "shopping cart" icon next to that item. Repeat this process until everything you wish to order is in your cart.
When you are finished adding items to your cart, click on "Checkout" which is located at the top of your browser. If you need to register or log in, choose the appropriate link on the screen. If you are already logged in, simply click on the link "Click here to Checkout" which will appear under your first name.
When you reach the checkout page, the information you entered when you registered will appear in the shipping and/or billing fields. Make sure you enter the complete and accurate information in the fields if you have to make any changes. (If you need to make a permanent change to either of these addresses, you will need to click on "Your Account" at the top of your browser. Fill in the appropriate changes and save them.)
You will also see some checkboxes, which you will need to check if any apply to you:
- My address has changed since my last order
- This is a gift (We don't want to ruin any surprises! Please include alternate phone number and/or email address in the event we need to reach you about your gift order)
- Please do not backorder any out of stock items (Only items that are in stock will be shipped. You will be billed only for items shipped).
- Please do not substitute publishers (Flute World will automatically substitute a comparable edition if this box is not checked)
You will also have the opportunity to leave a note or comments for the order, such as alternate color preferences, notes about shipping addresses, etc. Pick the shipping option you would like for your order, review your information and order contents, and then click "Click Here to Review Order."
Enter your credit card information, review your order information on last time, and then click on Submit Order. To avoid delays in the processing of your order, please make sure all information has been accurately entered.
If your order was successfully placed, you will receive an order number on your screen. Please make a note of this order number and reference it in any conversations with Flute World staff. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order within 15 minutes of hitting the submit order button, please check your spam/junk mail folders. It is highly recommended that you add fluteworld.com to your allowed senders list to ensure that you receive emails from us.
