Shopping Cart Help

Logging in: To log in, please fill in the fields in the LOGIN box on the left hand side of your screen.

Registering:  New Visitors, Click HERE to register

Checkout Issues:  Are you having issues once you have clicked on the Checkout link?  Are you items disappearing from the shopping cart before you get to the Shipping screen?  You most likely have old cookies and temporary internet files stored on your computer from the previous website or past visits to this website.  Please click here for directions on how to delete them!

Placing Orders:  To place orders in your shopping cart, just locate the item you wish to order and click the "shopping cart" icon next to that item.  Repeat this process until everything you wish to order is in your cart. 

When you are finished, click on Checkout, which is located on the left-hand side of your screen in the small Shopping Cart summary.  If you have not yet registered an account with our new website, please click on "If you are a new customer click here to checkout."  (If you have already registered, simply login).  This will take you to the Registration Screen, where you will need to fill in all the information that is required.  Make sure that you fill in your FULL email address, otherwise you will not be able to log in and you will not receive an email confirmation of your order!  (i.e. username@yourdomain.com). 

After completing the registration form, you may be taken back to the previous screen.  If this happens, merely click on "Checkout" again, and login with the email address and password you just registered with.  Make sure that everything in your cart is correct and make changes as needed.  If everything is correct, please click on "Click here to Checkout" which is located at the bottom right of the screen. 

You will be taken to the shipping and billing information page, where you will need to choose your shipping option, as well as input your credit card information and enter any comments you would like us to know about.  Once you are done, click "Continue Checkout."  You will be given one more chance to review the order before it is submitted. Review your order for accuracy, and click "Confirm Order" at the bottom of the screen.  You will then be notified if your order was successfully placed. 

Reviewing Order Status: To view your order status, you may click on "Your Account" located  at the right hand top portion of the screen.  Your order number will be shown, which you should keep handy in case you have any questions regarding  the order.   Your order status will be processed in the order it is received, and you can view this progress by logging in and checking it periodically.
