The Baroque Album for Four C Flutes
transcriptions for David H. Bailey
Includes score and parts

*FINALIST in the 2004 NFA Newly-Published Music Competition.

The Baroque Album continues where The Renaissance Album ended, including 25 quartets, providing modern flute players with a wealth of music that spans the rich musical  period known as the Baroque. While including music by the giants of the period (Corelli, Purcell, Vivaldi, Telemann, Handel and Bach), it also contains many pieces by less well-known but no less-competent composers . Continuing the tradition of music for 4 C flutes begun with The Renaissance Album, these works have been arranged to fit nicely within the flute's range and still retain as much of the original voicings and  textures as possible.
