Cabocolinho – a figure who takes part in groups of people dressed as indians, during carnival in Recife.
Inúbia – a very high-pitched piccolo played by at least one “cabocolinho” in each group. The form of the music played, which is always modal, consists of infinite variations, on the lively Bahian rhythm.
