A Nightengale Sang in Berkeley Square by M. Sherwin and E. Maschwitz
Arranged by Mel Orriss
Instrumentation: 4 c flutes, alto flute, bass flute
Score and parts
A most romantic and charming setting of the famous song. This arrangement was commissioned by a customer whose pupils played it as she waltzed down the aisle! A solo flute sings cheerfully above the choir texture; in a larger group this may be played by one of the first flutes, or shared convivially between several players.
