Concertino in C Op101
By Caspar Kummer
For flute, clarinet (oboe, violin) and piano
Score and Parts
This little concert piece in C major is by turns theatrical and lyrical, avoiding the virtuoso attitude and leaving players as well as listeners with the comfortable feeling of having encountered a melodious and excellently wrought work, well worth repeating. The alternative, in fact “original” use of a violin or a clarinet or an oboe for the second voice also allows a wider circle of performers to enjoy this pleasure.
