This is the edition for flute and Piano – Reduction of Flute & Strings version
The Concerto in D Major for flute is the third from a collection of six flute concertos. It is highly likely that these concertos date from the Dresden years. They reflect the pronounced rhythmic structure and thinly voiced orchestral texture of the Italianate style of Johann Adolf Hasse, who led the Dresden Court Orchestra.
II. Adagio ma non molto
III. Allegro assai
