Description
James Galways’ Christmas Album for Flute and Piano (with optional 2nd Flute on three selections, and optional snare on one selection)
Flute part edited by James Galway?
Arranged by David Overton
“This album contains many of the pieces I’ve enjoyed playing at my Christmas concerts over the years, and which have been recorded on two discs. Along with well-known English carols such as Ding Dong Merrily on High, there are carols from Wales, Germany, France, and Spain, arranged for flute and piano, and sometimes with an extra flute or two, or percussion. All the arrangements have been especially collected and revised for this album by David Overton, who has been my arranger and music associate for many years.” – James Galway
