My Flute Book – Let’s Play Together by Anne Fontenoy
Spiral bound; 68 pages; For 2-3 players
In this book I have used material from “My Flutebook 1” and “My Flutebook 2” along with ideas from the compendium “Head joint melodies” as material for playing together. The base material is therefore in these two books and the compendium. On my Youtube channel “minfloejtebog” you can find recordings of most of the pieces, so your students can play at home with accompaniment. There are both piano accompaniment and recordings of Christina Enig, Mette Quist-Jense and I as duets and trios. In this book I have added stars in the top right hand corner and attached a sheet of stickers. As your students learn the pieces they can put the colored stars by the songs. The students can put stickers on as they progress in their work. Most of the 2nd Parts are more challenging than the 1st Parts. That makes room to challenge your student or make two students who aren’t at the same level play together. The 3rd Parts are mostly written for the teacher. — Anne Fontenay
