The Norwegian Dance No. II shows the charm of Grieg's works. It comes from his Opus 35, written in 1881. These dances were composed for orchestra and there were versions for piano solo and duet as well. The arranger has taken some liberties in adapting this coposition for flute chior by adding an introduction, etc. This was done in order to make it more effective for flute ensemble.
Performance notes are included on the score.
