Written for Flute and Piano
Includes score and parts
The Petite Suite Modale is a piece written for Flute and Piano accompaniment by Henri Bert. Perfect for upper-beginner flautists, this nice work in five parts can be executed in its totality in 6’10 minutes. Each part can also be played separately. Henri Bert was a French musician who received Harmony and Conductor Prizes. He also studied the Organ and Choral songs.
Special care has been taken to employ a straightforward, pleasant and therefore encouraging musical language, while at the same time avoiding classical tonalities and leading notes by means of the use of medieval modes.
