Standard Shipping covers any non-instrument items. These items are categorized as either Music or Accessories.
Please Note: Expedited delivery services exclude weekends and holidays.

- Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees incurred.
- We ship to any country that the USA is currently shipping to. USA shipping restrictions are subject to change, which will directly impact which countries our shipping carriers are able to deliver to. If we are unable to deliver due to current USA shipping restrictions, the client will be notified and their order closed/refunded.

Instrument Shipping
Instrument Shipping is dependent on whether the purchase is domestic or international and whether it is a trial or final purchase. If the instrument is a contra bass flute, the shipping price will be determined at checkout based on your location.

Returns
Instruments
Once an instrument sale has been completed, instrument purchases are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value for up to 15 days from the invoice date. International instrument sales are final.
Music & Accessories
Refunds or exchanges must be processed within 30 day of receipt. To start this process, use our Flute World Return Form to submit a request.
If there is something wrong with an item, we can replace it free of charge.
For returning merchandise, all items must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and returned in original condition with postage prepaid at the customer’s expense.
Please do not send any merchandise back until a Client Experience Specialist has given you shipping instructions.
Sheet music purchases (including digital downloads) cannot be refunded unless defective. Defective sheet music (music with printing errors) can be exchanged for exact replacement upon return of the original shipment.

Damaged Shipments
If you see major damage to your package, please take pictures of your package before opening it and send it to [email protected].
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number. Please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for the next delivery attempt.
