We also stock many different top brands and models of flutes, piccolos, alto flutes, and bass flutes. Every instrument we sell is tested and adjusted by our professional staff prior to shipment. We will be pleased to assist you in selecting the flute which best suits you, whether you are a beginner or a professional.

The Original
Founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1983 by flutist, Shaul Ben-Meir, Flute World is the foremost source for flutes, flute music, and accessories all under one roof. It was the first established hub for all things flute, and Flute World remains the largest flute specialty retailer in America.

Pioneering the Flute Landscape
Many flutists remember the Flute World catalog – a revolutionary resource at the time. Students, professionals, and hobbyists alike spent hours creating wish lists from the selection of 16,000+ sheet music titles and endless accessory items. Flute World was the first flute retailer to offer the full catalog online, and fluteworld.com continues to hold the widest range of flute-specific products, as well as educational content and materials to help flutists advance their playing and grow as musicians and human beings.
