Louis Lot Flute Pre-Owned

Louis Lot Flute: Handmade all silver tubing and mechanism, silver soldered toneholes, French (open hole), pointed key arms, .013″ tubing, A=440, inline G, C footjoint. Made in 1872.
First Generation Louis Lot: Handmade when Louis Esprit Lot headed the workshop.
Embouchure measurements – 10.28 mm x 11.86 mm with a wall height of 5.03-5.08.
The flute body has not been retuned or scale altered, and the embouchure is completely original and not altered. The original case and key are included. The headjoint was shortened in the past.

Condition: In excellent cosmetic and playing condition.

Certified instruments:

These have been through our extensive service and optimization process in our service department.  Those instruments will bear the “Certified” medallion on our site.

Having been through our extensive service routine, certified instruments are eligible for our Flute Care Plan to maintain the instrument at that level and condition.  Other instruments need to be fully serviced and optimized by us prior to enlisting in Flute Care.

Non-certified instruments:

Instruments not displaying the medallion in our pre-owned range have not been certified.  (All new instruments go through our certification process before being offered for sale).

The characteristics of non-certified instruments varies.  Some are like new, some may need a little work, some may need more extensive work.  Some may have been serviced or restored recently by other technicians.

Each instrument has a full write up of the work that is necessary to put it into certifiable condition.  Please read our notes in the complete web description.  You are welcome to have the needed work done by us or you may take the instrument to another technician for service.

Non-certified does not carry a warranty but our instrument return policy does apply.

Financing: All new and pre-owned instruments qualify for 90 days same as cash, or up to 60 months financing.
