I just purchased a new flute from Flute World… I was very uncertain, being 71, and starting recently after a long absence… my budget was $2000 and I spoke at length with Jillian about my preferences. It was unrushed and easy and she sent 3 flutes to try out and I immediately found the flute for me. They put in hole plugs in advance and included extras…I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend them for their selection and unhurried customer service.

Great experience to purchase a flute! We had a personal guide show us 6 different flutes in our price range. My daughter played each one for about an hour during our appointment and we picked on! Great customer service and support!!

I was able to get an emergency appointment for a sticking key. It was fixed for me quickly. I wish they would open up a satellite division in Winston-Salem.
