      This music is written for three instruments that can be mixed and interchanged as long as each part is covered. Any combination of woodwinds and/or strings can be used as available. Each part has been written to be within the range of all the instruments that could possibly be used. If any note was not common to all ranges, it was not used.
      March of the Toys, from “Babes in Toyland”, by Victor Herbert is an enchanting tune that will open your ears. This beautiful song translates into a small musical adventure for the instrumentalists. Although part one has the melody throughout the entire arrangement, there is much interest maintained within the other two parts of the trio. The musicians should find this quite easy to master as it poses no real difficulties in any part. This will be a real crowd pleaser. –Ricky Lombardo
