Notes to the Conductor:
      The original recording used a string pad on an electronic keyboard, but the arrangement here has been adapted to be playable on a traditional piano. Optional string parts are included along with a separate score of these parts for reference. The strings merely double the sustained chords in the piano part, so it seemed unnecessary to include them in the full score. However, the strings cannot replace the piano since they are not used in the rhythmic section of this adaptation. The piano part includes cues for chimes and timpani in the event that these instruments are not available.
