This comes from the Tafelmusik II.  Tafelmusik is a term used since the mid-16th century for music played at feasts or banquets.  Telemann's Tafelmusik, considered to be his most celebrated collection of music, was composed in 1733.  The pieces demonstrated his skill in handling a diversity of musical genres, along with a variety of instruments.
