A brief collection of three old-time favorites have been arranged in a contemporary style, and in keys that lend themselves nicely to the flute trio. Each selection is light, happy and fun to play. Technically not difficult, the notes can be learned with little effort. Working out the rhythms and dynamics will take somewhat more time. The musicians must be aware of the accidentals which may seem tricky in spots. Individual parts are melodic and should be performed with care, each being considered essential to the complete arrangement.
