A traditional Irish tune.

Composer note: Wild Mountain Time has been a favorite of mine for many years; it was always in the back of my mind to make an arrangement of it.  When the opportunity arose it came naturally.  I gave to it the care it most certainly deserves.  It should be played with grace and space.  The tune, where present, must be heard and the accompaniment subdued.  The instruction to always let vibrate may be balanced according to taste, though a pause at cadences to let the sound diminish may be found preferable to stopping the strings.  —  Richard Arnest
