This arrangement of the the well-known Marziale (second movement) from Symphony number, the “Little Russian”, embodies both of the main thematic ideas in the movement–the first being in the manner of a robust march, and the second more “slavic” and lyrical.  It is a weclome addition to either a group teaching situation or a concert platform.
