      From Vivaldi's Largo from The Four Seasons to Brahms' famous Lullaby, this book and CD offers flautists the chance to play along with simple to moderately difficult gems of classical music. Arrangements of famous works, along with selected pieces originally written for the flute, are included, each presented as demonstration performances for listening and and again as a 'minus one' version for playing along. Live recordings of chamber ensembles, string instruments, guitar, zither and piano will also encourage young musicians to play in ensembles.
