These etudes are designed to challenge various facets of the flute technique, and are not easy. But please, do not curse or stamp your foot during the course of your practice. These will get easier if your attitude is investigatory. Pay attention to your physical use. Notice specifically where your body feels tense. The most effortless playing feels effortless.
