Adaptable and flexible to your unique needs, Solos, Duets & Trios for Winds is a versatile series that encourages playing in a variety of combinations. Featuring three written parts for every song, the arrangements are designed so that the top line is the melody (Part 1), the second line (Part 2) creates a duet, and the third line (Part 3) forms a trio. You can play solo parts alone or form small wind ensembles by mixing and matching instrumentation, as well as mixing the parts played. All books are compatible with each other, so the possible combinations are practically endless (books with other instrumentations sold separately). This dynamic series will give students the opportunity to learn how to play in a small chamber group setting.

Online access includes fully orchestrated play-along tracks, practice software that lets you customize the tempo and volume of the tracks, and a PDF piano score that contains the piano accompaniment part. Ensembles may perform these arrangements with or without the play-along tracks or downloadable piano accompaniment. Sections of music that are designed to be played with the play-along track or piano accompaniment only (e.g., intros) have been arranged for the ensemble and are indicated in cue notes, giving you a wide variety of performance options.
