This is the collection you've been waiting for-swinging organ combo versions of your favorite songs to play on.  Most of these tunes have appeared in piano-bass-drums versions on earlier Aebersold albums, but Hank Marr's organ playing sheds a whole new light on these tunes, and drummer Steve Davis keeps the pots on. 
It is interesting to note that many of these tunes were originally written for the movies; it is probably no coincidence that many jazzmen were known for their love of  movies, even before the era of late night television. Structurally, all of these tunes fit the 32 bar song forms, either AABA or ABAC except for Invitation, which is made of three sections, each 16 bars long. -Introduction by Phil Bailey
