Salsita – a Venezuelan composition for flute choir by Victor Rojas.

From the Director of the fabulous National Flute Orchestra of Venezuela comes this energetic and vibrant salsa. Composed in 1997 for performance at the National Flute Association Convention, the rhythmic ostinatos give energy and momentum, and a few special effects add to the Latin American feel.

Scored for 5 C flutes (parts 2 and 3 are divisi), alto flute, and bass flute (or additional C flute).
