This arrangement shows the depth of sound, as well as the brilliance, that a flute orchestra can achieve. The full richess of the low registers of the C flutes is reinforced by the colors and range of the low alto and bass flutes, forming a foundation for the melodic themes in the upper flute parts. 

Arranged for 6 C flutes (one doubling on piccolo), alto flutes, and bass flute.
