Scored for 4 flutes (one doubling on piccolo), 2 alto flutes (C flute parts included), bass flute, optional string bass (or other bass instrument) and drums. The C flute parts are frequently divisi, allowing for larger ensembles. The arranger recommends that all parts be doubles (or tripled for C flutes) except for string bass and drums.
